Retreats and Creative Weekends
Quality Weekends
Quality Weekends are a wonderful opportunity to take time to engage on both an inner and outer journey exploring a particular quality.
The aim of a Quality Weekend is to gain a deeper understanding of that quality, and learn techniques to experience the quality in new ways in our lives.
All of us reach those moments in our lives when we long for more of something particular - patience, strength, courage, serenity, wholeness for example - and a Quality Weekend provides both structured and free time to explore deeper aspects of our chosen quality within a supported and facilitated group setting.
Our inner journey uses meditation, creative visualisation, word-journeying techniques and the chance for review and reflection with an experienced guide. The outer journey of the weekend takes us through beautiful settings and landscapes, in excellent and comfortable accommodation, working together with a group of people in a common purpose.
The weekends are fun and creative, but allow space for silence and reflection, and activities are designed to hold one focus throughout.

Creative Weekends
Creative Weekends provide an exciting opportunity for exploration - a chance to engage with a variety of creative activities designed to support our learning on a specific theme.
Themes for creative weekends cover a wide range of topics including alchemy, kabbalah, meditation, life transitions and rituals, and the next creative weekend in the programme in November 2010 focuses on alchemy. Each weekend programme is organised to provide both individual and group learning sessions, along with new experiences in a wide range of creative activities to enhance personal development and spiritual wisdom and insight.
Personal process is supported by individual sessions with a facilitator, and participants are encouraged and enabled to reflect on the impact of the weekend journey on their own life journey. Group sessions provide times of discussion, exploration, and creativity.
All creative weekends provide time for reflection and encourage participants to return to daily life with renewed vision and goals.

Breathing Space Retreats"Breathing Space" retreats provide time and space for reflection, refreshment and re-vision on our life journey.
The programmes are designed to accommodate the individual needs within each group, and to use the beautiful facilities and opportunities within each venue and setting. The programmes also reflect a rich variety of input from different facilitators.
Each retreat works at three levels, offering opportunities for reflection on past, present and future aspects of our own life journey; providing refreshment for body, mind and spirit, and time for renewal of vision at individual, group and community level.
Using the principles of psychosynthesis, creative therapies, ritual, and meditation, a “Breathing Space” retreat uses an holistic approach in a mix of both free-time and programmed activities and provides a safe environment for individuals to explore their own issues on their journey in both a group setting and in optional individual sessions with the facilitators.

Hidden Treasures Weekends
"What lies behind us, and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us" Ralph Waldo Emerson
"Hidden Treasures” retreats provide a safe and supportive space in beautiful settings to discover and explore hidden depths within ourselves to support our individual life journeys.
In exploring who we are, we may discover parts of ourselves that create inner tension, or parts with unfulfilled potential. Psychosynthesis refers to these different parts as subpersonalities.
Using the principles of psychosynthesis and creative activities, ritual, meditation, and working with both our light and dark subpersonalities, we are enabled to identify, acknowledge, dialogue with and re-balance those inner selves to transform their energies, resolve inner tensions and find a greater sense of wholeness in terms of what we may be.
Alongside group work, sessions will also be available for deeper individual work with the facilitators.
